You’ve been sitting in your recliner for a while now and your back is starting to hurt. You’re not sure why this is happening, but you have a few ideas. Talk to your employer about getting a new chair that is more comfortable and ergonomic. Just make sure to take breaks often to stretch and move around. Even just standing up and walking around for a few minutes every hour can make a big difference in your overall comfort level.
